An action-packed, modern day love story between a vampire and a human. Bella Swan has always been a little bit different, never caring about fitting in with the trendy girls at her Phoenix high school. When her mother remarries and sends Bella to live with her father in the rainy little town of Forks, Washington, she doesn't expect much of anything to change. Then she meets the mysterious and dazzlingly beautiful Edward Cullen, a boy unlike any she's ever met. Intelligent and witty, he sees straight into her soul. Soon, Bella and Edward are swept up in a passionate and decidedly unorthodox romance. Edward can run faster than a mountain lion, he can stop a moving car with his bare hands - and he hasn't aged since 1918. Like all vampires, he's immortal. But he doesn't have fangs, and he doesn't drink human blood; Edward and his family are unique among vampires in their lifestyle choice. To Edward, Bella is that thing he has waited 90 years for - a soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Edward must struggle to resist the primal pull of her scent, which could send him into an uncontrollable frenzy. But what will Edward & Bella do when James, Lauren, and Victoria, the Cullens' mortal vampire enemies, come to town, looking for her?

Remember "The Da Vinci Code"? Same mistake.... Turning a book into a movie hit especially if it's a chick flick. They shud've posted on the cover "for girls only"... Coz it was a total and complete waste of us guys watching it.. Unless we're there for a different purpose other than to be one of the "in crowd" and catch the latest hit. LOL! Okie, i give the credit to the romance scenes tho... IT made me L.M.A.O in the cinema.. The least the movie gave me was genuine laughter for the hilarious and poor acting. I cant say much about the movie from the prospect of the storyline except that it was forgetable! Oh and the only one thing which i remember was when they introduced the main character, gasps and "wow" and "awww" expression were all over the cinema. And i was like "sigh".... In my head, i was thinking the dude is so pale skinned and sickly looking.. Are they givin out pity or are they madly goin outta their minds goin for a sick dude nowadays? I would say a NO NO for us guys to watch.

I rate this movie a kind 2 out of 5....
